Total institutional funds under management (FUM) at Octopus Investments have expanded by £2 billion in the last year to reach £4.6 billion.
Over the last twelve months, the company has raised considerable sums of money for a number of noteworthy initiatives, such as its care home strategy, which intended to satisfy the requirements of the aging population, and mandates to increase investment in renewable energy infrastructure.
Through its care facility strategy, Octopus was able to attract approximately £400 million in funding from investors, including collective and individual local government pension plans as well as foreign investors from the Netherlands, Scandinavia, and Japan.
